Re’Onshay Williams is an educator, mentor, and advocate for youth empowerment. With experience teaching various grade levels across the United States and China, she brings a global perspective and deep dedication to every student she encounters. Her mission is to ensure that every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

A passionate reader, Shay founded The Book Buffet Reading Club to spark a love of literature in young minds. Youth Matter Inc., she offers personalized tutoring, mentoring, and enrichment services that promote both academic achievement and personal growth.

In addition to teaching accelerated 4th-grade math and serving as an adjunct professor of business, Shay also coaches for the Special Olympics and provides individualized tutoring support for struggling learners. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Instructional Leadership and Reading and uses her diverse experience to encourage students to never give up on themselves.
